When is the best time to visit Florida?

is a great place to visit at any time of the year but, if you are are able to
vacation at any time of year the following table may help you decide:
How far is SummerPlace Villa from the Theme Parks?

The
villa is 6 miles for Disney - about a 10 minute drive.

Universal
and Sea World are 20-25 minutes away |
|
Directions will be given detailing the easiest and quickest routes. |
What is included in the Price?
|
The
weekly price shown on the Rates page includes the cost of State Taxes,
utilities, and final cleaning and is for the villa not per occupant.
|
|
For
stays of less than 7 days a cleaning fee of $80/£45 is payable*
|
|
All
bedding, linen and towels for use in the house are provided.
|
|
Resort
facilities - Clubhouse with Media Room, Community Pool and Spa.
|
|
Guests are asked to provide their own beach towels and towels for use at
the Water Parks.
|
Are there any Extra Costs?
|
If you
wish the pool to be heated during your stay, this will cost an additional
$125 or £85 per week.$20/£12 per day
|
|
Pool heat
is advised from November until the end of April.
|
I
want to Book the Home - What do I do now?
|
Contact
us to ensure that the home is available for the period requested.

Complete
the booking form this can be downloaded from the Rates Page of this web,
together with a copy of our Terms and Conditions.

We will
e-mail an invoice confirming the booking
|
|
Return
the booking form to us on the address given on the form with the non-refundable
deposit of $200/£100 per week or part week.
|
|
Pay
balance of rental cost and returnable security bond of $200/£100 six weeks
before arrival.
|
|
When the
payment is cleared through the banking system we will contact you with full
details of the house plus tips of how to make the most of your stay.
|
